These Terms of Use (hereinafter: the “Terms”) contain the rules governing the use of the website www.strategyproconsulting.com (hereinafter: the “Website”) operated by StrategyPro Consulting Limited Liability Company (registered office: 8100 Várpalota, Újlaki út 1, 4th floor, door 17; company registration number: 19-09-524889; tax number: 32716168-2-19; hereinafter: the “Service Provider”).
By using the Website, the user (hereinafter: the “User”) accepts the provisions of these Terms.

The purpose of the Website is to provide general information about the IT recruitment, IT specialist placement, IT contracting and related business services carried out by the Service Provider.

3. Provisions Related to Job and Project Opportunities
The Service Provider performs intermediary and networking activities between IT professionals and companies looking for workforce / resources.
The Service Provider does not guarantee:
- the provision of a specific job or project;
- participation in a selection process;
- the opportunity for an interview;
- the conclusion of a contract;
- placement within a specific period of time;
- obtaining an assignment with a specific remuneration or conditions.
Decisions regarding selection, cooperation or contract conclusion are made in all cases by the respective partner or client.
The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for:
- decisions made by third parties;
- the cancellation or modification of advertised positions;
- the outcome of the selection process;
- the completeness or accuracy of information provided by partners.
4. Contact and Submission of CV
The User may contact the Service Provider through the Website and may submit a CV and other professional information.
The User is entitled to provide only:
- their own data,
- true and up-to-date information,
- documents that may be lawfully processed.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data provided.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Service Provider’s separate Privacy Policy.
5. Use of Social Media Platforms
The Service Provider may also be present on various social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
When using social media platforms, the User acknowledges that:
- these platforms are operated by third parties;
- they have their own data processing and terms of use policies;
- the Service Provider has no influence over the operation, data processing or security practices of these platforms.
The use of social media platforms is at the User’s own risk.
The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for:
- the operation of social media platforms;
- their availability;
- their data processing practices;
- technical errors;
- or third-party content appearing on such platforms.
The privacy policies relating to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are available on the official interfaces of the respective service providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content found on the Website, in particular:

- logo,
- design,
- brand elements,
- documents,
- images,
- icons,
- layout,
constitutes the intellectual property of the Service Provider, or the Service Provider has the appropriate rights to use them.

The parties shall primarily attempt to settle any disputes related to these Terms amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the Hungarian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
